Summer is the season for long beach days, Fourth of July parties, and great weather! Even though summer is more of a fun and reaxed season, we shouldn’t forget about our fitness routines. Summertime is the perfect time to take that routine outside. For us, in particular, a summer beach workout is definitely a tribe approved location and a great way to burn some calories and gain some muscle. We believe that a beach workout is a perfect way to stay active throughout the summer and of course you get a great view while you’re at it. So we’ve brought you our summer beach workout guide and some popular fitness guides that you will surely love. These workouts will get your heart rate pumping and those bullets of sweats dripping from your face. These beach workouts will focus on getting your body leaner, fitter, and stronger! First, we will go through my beach workout and then some awesome fitness guides. So when I workout at the beach I always start out with a short sprint to get my blood flowing, but if you aren’t keen on running you can also jump rope or do some jumping jacks. Listed below is the rest of my summer beach workout!
- 2 sets of 20 lunge pulses, each side
- squat jumps for 30 seconds
- 20 sumo squats
- 20 side lunge squats
- 10 standing leg lifts from the front, side, and the back, each leg
- 2 sets of 20 toe touches
- 2 sets of 15 hip raises
- 2 sets of 10 superman
- 1-minute plank
- 1-minute side plank, each side
- 20-30 pushups (depending on how tired I am, haha)
After I like to cool down my workout with some yoga, mainly consisting of handstand variations and stretching, lots and lots of stretching. And remember you are at the beach, so go cool off in the ocean!!

However, if you want to opt for a fitness guide that are specifically structured to give you the results you may be looking for, there are some really good ones out there.
